Every Navaratri, brand feeds fill up with the same thing: a festive graphic, a greeting, a colour of the day. It's pleasant, and almost nobody remembers it by day three.
For our healthcare client, that wasn't enough. A healthcare brand earns attention through trust and usefulness, and a "Happy Navaratri" post does neither. So we skipped the greeting and built a series.
Why a series, not a single post
A single festive post gets one shot at a stranger's attention. A series gets many, and it gives people a reason to come back. If someone enjoys one episode, they have a reason to watch the next and to follow for more.
That matters on Instagram, where a Reel is tested on a small group of viewers before it spreads, and where watch time and sends count for more than likes. A series is a natural way to earn both. Viewers who liked one episode watch the next one longer, and a Reel built around something relatable is easy to send to someone.
How we approached it
We treated it the way we treat all our work: with the craft of a film, not a template. Buzziwah works alongside Sripada Studios, a filmmaking house, so cinema-level storytelling is part of how we build content from the start. The pacing, the framing, and the edit were handled like a short film, and the tone stayed true to who the client is, so the series felt like it belonged to the brand and not like a borrowed festival trend.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Festival content that could belong to any brand gets scrolled past. Content that sounds like one specific brand gets remembered.
What happened
The series crossed 100K views. Watch one of the Reels from the series on Instagram →
For a healthcare brand's festival content, that's the kind of reach we were aiming for: a lot of new people seeing the brand in a warm, human way, in the weeks when everyone's feed is at its most crowded.
What we took from it
Festival content works best when it's a story. A series gives the audience something to follow, not just something to scroll past.
Craft is a differentiator. When every brand posts the same greeting, a well-made film-style Reel stands out without trying hard.
Stay in character. The Reels that travel are the ones that sound like the brand. A festival is a moment to show who you are, not to borrow someone else's voice.
A strong festival series won't replace the rest of your marketing, but it can bring a lot of new people to your page in a single season. What turns them into patients, customers, or loyal followers is everything around it: a profile that explains what you do, content that keeps them interested, and a clear next step.
